With the increasing cost of eggs, I find myself thinking twice before I make some dessert recipes.
That cake that takes four eggs? The eggs alone are going to cost me around $0.80! Often I find myself simply looking for a different recipe to try.
We’ve also had some weeks recently where eggs have been hard to find due to the bird flu issue. And it seems like that might continue to be a problem for a while.
Both of these things got me thinking that I should find more no-egg recipes to turn to. And I figured that if I was looking for ideas, then other people probably were as well. So I figured I’d go ahead and share them here with you all too!
