Ingredients

– 3 tablespoons butter – 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour – 2 cups chicken broth – 1 ½ teaspoon chili powder – ¼ teaspoon oregano

Melt the butter in a large skillet and stir in the flour. Allow it to cook for about a minute.
