Ingredients
1c.flour
6tbsp.sugar
1/2tsp.salt
1/2tsp.baking powder
1/2tsp.baking soda
1/2c.brown sugar
1c.quick cooking oatmeal
1/2c.chocolate chips
1eggslightly beaten
1/2c.canola oil
1/2tsp.vanilla
Instructions
Combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Mix in brown sugar, oatmeal and chocolate chips.
Add egg, oil and vanilla. Mix thoroughly.
Press into un-greased 9x13 pan. (Yes, no need to grease your pan!)
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Notes
You can easily double this recipe to make a jelly roll pan of brownies if you need a big batch!
