Ingredients

- 1/2 cup white sugar - 1/4 cup butter - 1/2 cup milk – 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

Melt butter and combine it with the sugar in a medium-size mixing bowl. Stir in the milk and vanilla.

Then whisk in the flour, nutmeg, and baking powder. Mix well.
